My Place

I live in TTDI Jaya since about 10 years ago, a small town residential area located in Shah Alam district, which i beleive a good place to rise my childrens. Shah Alam is a Selangor's state capital, a modern township surrounded at its periphery by Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and five other major townships including Klang, Bangi, and Kajang. It enjoys a vantage location being ideally located halfway between the national capital of Kuala Lumpur.

One of the most well-planned cities, Shah Alam has most of its residential area on one side of the Federal Highway and industrial zones on the other. Hence, Shah Alam hasbeen constructed according to a blueprint drawn up with the environment at the forethought of the planners. It has become a showpiece city of the future, free from the inherent problems of haphazard development and shanty towns found in other major growth centers.

The beginning of new year..

I’ve been very lucky in this early of the year, my neighbor is just getting married last week. And they asked me to make the love shape wedding cakes with butter cream/fresh cream flower decoration. I was going to do a little wedding cake, but since it was for my neighbor, they wanted me to make it more personal and simple style. You'd think I'd be able to come up with an idea quickly with a few co-workers surrounding me?
I’m not professional bakers but I couldn't think of anything for a long time! And then, it came to me... I just do it..
And the outcome it seemed like me and my partners done a good job creating and decorating wedding cakes come with a set of cupcakes.

I've always been creative and had a passion for food especially cakes and cup cakes. Over the years I've been working all around the countries, working hard but not really smart.. My earning
is good, but I realized during the process my losses is even more than what should I gain.

I love cakes and decorating

I love the process of measuring and concocting recipes and what I love even more is the smell of baked goods wafting in my kitchen

Then the other aspect of cake decorating that I really enjoy as well is the creative process. Cakes are fun because you can make a cake to look like almost anything.

Another addictive thing about cake decorating is the precious look on people's faces when they see your creation. The happy squeals of your child when she sees her birthday cake is payment enough for your long and hard work in the kitchen.
